Upon inquiry, if the date(s) and times you request are available, we will reserve those dates for you for up to 30 days, until cancellation of the reservation, or 21 days before the reservation start, whichever arrives first. If all needed information has been provided, we will send over a final quote/agreement for your approval. A reservation will be exempt from any cancellation once a 40% down-payment has been made on the price of the quote/agreement, or upon approving the agreement for services under $500. We reserve the right to refuse any reservation if we determine we are in any way unfit to provide requested services.
